While many of us will operate within similar structures, containers or frameworks, I’m suggesting an essence level shift to doing YOUR work in our world vs. wearing and walking forward someone else’s style or techniques that will fit differently on you and may not allow YOUR full potential to shine through.
FOLLOW OTHERS. GET INSPIRED. BE TEACHABLE. AND...
remember there is a time for your emergence.
Wherever you are tethered for learning and inspiration, be sure you are offered permission and support to follow what is burgeoning in you. And when you’re not, then HONOR that it may be time to disconnect and pursue your development in solitude or with fresh support and guidance.
A CAUTION: You don't (necessarily) carry everything you need JUST because you've gotten all you need from one source.
Knowing + developing YOUR WAYS means you take time to listen, learn and gain a true understanding of how you can use your gifts, wisely and in integrity. I’m NOT a proponent of haphazardly flinging around insights and abilities that haven’t been explored, tested and proven beneficial and reliable.
You don't need to become a master… an expert… or a perfectionist, of course. BUT on the road to becoming a pilot, they don’t let you fly airplanes with passengers after a few successful flights in a simulator. GET ME?

Ideally, we will roll around in it. Walk with it. Engage in discourse with others about our new developing understandings. Don't just TELL others THE NEW TRUTH, instead discuss new ideas to fully digest and integrate their wisdoms.
Why? Because without this piece, you're denying yourself FULL ACCESS to what you've been introduced to. The WOW is a glimpse. There can be much more... a deeper more. The teacher, the workshop, the apprenticeship... these are access points and important foundational elements deserving your reverence and respect. AND...
